1- President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud delivered a speech at the United Nations Food Security Summit held in Addis Ababa.
2- President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud held a meeting in Addis Ababa with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, discussing ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
3- President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud had a fruitful meeting with President Ismaïl Omar Ghele in Djibouti, where they discussed security issues and counter-terrorism efforts.
4- Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre met with the new envoy of the Chairperson of the African Union Commission to Somalia, and Head of the African Union Mission for Somalia (AMISOM), Ambassador El Hadji Ibrahima Diene.
